Overview
The JotForm App allows you to input new contact information using forms created in JotForm. You decide which fields you'd like to come over when synced with Thryv, and incorporate those fields in your form. First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone will be available by default. *To successfully map fields, JotForm fields must also be added to Thryv client card, AND the example contact in Thryv must have content in these fields.
